Samuel Gleiser Katz awarded with the "Order of the Sun of Peru".
The President of the Republic of Peru, Pedro Pablo Kuczynski, honored Samuel Gleiser Katz with the "Order of the Sun of Peru" in the Grade of Grand Cross, during the ceremony held at the Palace of Torre Tagle in Lima the afternoon of last Thursday February 16, 2017.
The "Order of the Sun of Peru" is one of the two distinctions granted by the Peruvian State to its citizens and foreigners, to glorify the merits contracted and reward the extraordinary services rendered to the country.
This distinction was awarded to Samuel Gleiser for his outstanding professional career in favor of the country's economic growth. In addition, for having promoted the adoption of various trade agreements that have put Peru on the global economic map.
