Likewise, we foster innovation and creative thinking within our whole organization, not only launching new products or developments but also optimizing our processes, leadership and every aspect that can add value.

Our modern facilities currently perform one of the highest production capacities of the industry in Latin America, with a dedicated area larger than 15,000 m2, housing more than 700 skilled professionals. 

We have cutting-edge woven machinery to produce metal zippers, tapes, elastics and labels.

Our Zamac injection area that manufactures sliders for zippers, along with the appliqués area provides us a broad variety of metal finishes. Similarly, the advanced technology of our sliders enameling area ensures the consistency and resistance of all the colors used.

We are constantly searching for novel production techniques and doing researches in order to improve our products. Besides, we increase the capacity of our labels and tapes units with new technology on a regular basis, those units have quickly become an important part of our product offer, keeping up with the latest fashion trends.

We also have our own spinning mill and dye house, where we can rapidly develop different yarn titles or colors without any limitations.

Our dye house processes tapes and yarns of different fibers, also in our modern laboratory we have the necessary infrastructure to recreate any existing color, with the confidence of the use of Data color technology.
